Gabe Hayes
Gabs is a proud mom of four and a big believer in raising bold, kind, confident girls. Her background is in helping families navigate change and tough seasons through her podcast Overwhelmed & Over It. She’s so excited to bring that same encouraging energy to our Chandler girls with her daughter Devi to build confidence that sticks and help moms and daughters feel more connected than ever.

What Is the EmpowerHer Community?
The EmpowerHer Community is a yearlong membership for moms and daughters (ages 8–14) to build connection, confidence, and real friendships — together.
Membership includes access to your local chapter for meetups and events, support from mentors, and a digital copy of the EmpowerHer Guided Journal (a $30 value).
This is more than just a group. It’s your daughter’s safe space — and yours, too.
